Sur-reach@Ⅱ Second-Generation Micro-guidewire
苏械注准20252032225
The Sur-reach®Ⅱ second-generation micro-guidewire (Registration Certificate Number: 20252032225), independently developed by Mednovo Group, is a neurointerventional access product used to guide the insertion and positioning of catheters and other interventional devices in blood vessels. It is suitable for neurovascular and peripheral vascular procedures.。
The micro-guidewire consists of a core wire, coil wire, and hypotube, with a hydrophilic coating applied to both the proximal and distal ends. It is equipped with accessories including a torque device, wire introducer, and shaping needle.

Product Highlights
1.Comprehensive Upgrade in Shaping Ability and Shape Retention
Featuring the latest eccentric hypotube slot design combined with an upgraded ribbon-tip core wire technology, it delivers excellent shaping capability and long-lasting shape retention, enhancing surgical efficiency.
2.1:1 Precise Torque Control for Effortless Maneuvering
The nickel-titanium hypotube and high-strength stainless steel core wire design enable nearly 1:1 torque transmission from the proximal to distal end, ensuring precise control and smooth maneuverability.
3.Strong Support and Easy Guidance
Utilizing a high-strength stainless steel core wire and benefiting from the upgraded transition segment of the core wire, it provides reliable support and flexibility. Particularly in thrombectomy and stenosis procedures, it ensures high deliverability of supporting devices, smooth distal navigation, and unimpeded access.
4.Soft Tip Design and Enhanced Radiopacity
The soft, atraumatic tip design reduces the risk of vascular wall injury, especially during superselection within aneurysms. Enhanced radiopacity ensures clear visualization of the guidewire. The ultra-soft design of the 10 mm diameter tip guides floating microcatheters to high positions, safeguarding patient health with peace of mind.
5.Newly Upgraded Exclusive Coating Process
The newly upgraded exclusive coating process delivers fewer insoluble particles, a lower friction coefficient, superior lubricity, and enhanced coating durability, reducing push resistance and facilitating smooth positioning.
6.Rich Range of Specifications to Meet Clinical Needs
A comprehensive series of three diameter specifications (14/12/10) featuring hypotube technology, three distal tip types (soft/standard/support), three lengths (215/300/318), and the specially introduced 12 series—with its excellent torque control and safe tip—offers physicians superior options to comprehensively meet surgical needs for hemorrhage, ischemia, arteriovenous fistulas, and arteriovenous malformations.
